You have been approached by one of the new occupational therapists, Fiona, who tells you that she plans to go public with her concerns about the lack of resources in the mental health day centre. Fiona says that she fears for the safety of the service users and staff and has found that complaining through the normal channels has been ineffective. The evidence supports Fiona's complaint.
