Use this survey form to evaluate Elisha’s leadership and decision-making skills. Once you’ve submitted your survey you will be able to compare your views with all other students on K315.

The survey consists of a series of statements which describe Elisha’s behaviour, you are asked to say whether Elisha exhibits this behaviour frequently or not. You have to choose between ‘Always’, ‘Often’, ‘Sometimes’, ‘Seldom’, ‘Never’ or ‘Don’t Know’.

A higher score for the column ‘Always’ indicates that you feel that Elisha is an effective decision maker and leader; conversely, of course, if you have a higher score in the column ‘Never’, you will believe that she is less good at these things.

When you have completed the questionnaire with Elisha in mind, ‘submit’ the survey. You will be able to go to the Values Exchange Reports area to compare your results with other students in K315. Do most students think that Elisha is an effective decision taker and leader?

This questionnaire does not produce absolute proof about a person’s decision making or leadership capacity. It is simply a record of your ‘impression’ based on a few typical features of those issues. The questionnaire is designed to help you to be more aware of your views in a more structured way.
